Dr Leonid Abdurakhimov is a postdoctoral research associate in the Quantum Spin Dynamics group at UCL since 2017. Leonid’s main research interests are centered around understanding and controlling the physics of spin systems. In particular, Leonid is interested in interactions between spin systems and microwave resonators, and their possible applications for quantum technologies. His recent work has been focused on strong coupling between microwave resonators and quantum systems (Phys. Rev. Lett. 114, 226402 (2015), Phys. Rev. Lett. 117, 056803 (2016)). Leonid is now working on hybrid silicon-based quantum devices.
